NCT02546167: Although the registry labels the allocation as randomized, every one of the three groups received an active dose of the CAR-T therapy at a different cell dose, with no placebo or comparator treatment and no blinding, so the design cannot show whether the therapy worked better than an alternative. The single defined outcome was the number of adverse events, and results have not been posted.
