AssetMemo is an educational research product. It grades the quality of clinical evidence and explains the science behind drug assets. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an inducement to buy, sell or hold any security. Nothing on this site takes your circumstances into account. Evidence grades assess trial design and results; they say nothing about whether any security is a good investment. If you make investment decisions, you make them entirely at your own risk, and you should take advice from a person authorised to give it.

Content is compiled from public sources (including ClinicalTrials.gov, SEC EDGAR and company disclosures) and graded under the published methodology. We work to keep it accurate and current, but clinical and financial facts change, sources contain errors, and automated pipelines can propagate them. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. Where a figure matters to you, check it against the cited source.

Research is a paid subscription for one individual, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time in the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change; changes never apply mid-period and you will be notified before a renewal at a new price.

Because Research is digital content supplied immediately, by purchasing you request immediate access and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cooling-off right ends once the service is supplied. If something is wrong, contact us; statutory rights concerning defective digital services are unaffected.

Do not share account access, scrape or bulk-download the site, redistribute or resell its content or data, misrepresent its analyses as your own, or probe, overload or interfere with the service. The Ask feature is metered per account and may not be used to extract bulk data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and our total liability in respect of the subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If we change these terms materially we will update this page and its date, and notify subscribers before the next renewal. Our privacy policy explains what data we hold and why.
