NCT01458288: This was a single-group, open-label study of 12 participants, with nonrandomized treatment cohorts receiving TG-0054 alone or with G-CSF and no placebo or active comparator. The primary outcome was a CD34+ stem-cell mobilization target, a surrogate measure, and although the target was reported in all participants, the study was not designed to establish a statistically tested treatment comparison.
