Evidence outlook · lead readout

NCT06277765 · Atopic Dermatitis

The completed lead evidence has the design features that historically survive confirmatory trials: randomized, controlled, and adequately powered against a prespecified clinically accepted endpoint.

NCT06277765: In this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 trial in 180 adolescents with atopic dermatitis, significantly more patients receiving stapokibart achieved at least a 75% reduction in eczema severity at 18 weeks than those on placebo (73.9% vs 43%, a 30.5 percentage point difference).
