Manfidokimab
Developed by Akeso
NCT06383468 · Phase 3 · status unknown
This Phase 3 trial randomly assigned adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis to manfidokimab (AK120) or placebo, both delivered by subcutaneous injection, under quadruple-blind conditions, with the proportion of patients achieving EASI-75 (75% improvement in eczema severity) at week 16 as the primary endpoint. No results have been posted, so this remains a well-designed, adequately sized, blinded, placebo-controlled trial whose findings are not yet known.

stapokibart
Developed by CSPC ZhongQi Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and partners
NCT05265923 · Phase 3 · completed
In this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 trial in 500 adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, significantly more patients receiving stapokibart achieved at least a 75% reduction in eczema severity at 16 weeks than those on placebo (66.9% vs 25.8%).
