NCT05024045: This trial had no placebo or active comparator group and no blinding; it enrolled a small group of patients across escalating doses to work out a safe dose level and get an early look at tumor responses. That open, single-arm design can flag safety issues and hint at activity, but it cannot show whether LOXO-338 works better than no treatment or another therapy. No results have been posted yet.
