MRx-4DP0004 was 4D pharma's oral live-biotherapeutic for asthma. Both of its studies stopped: the phase 1/2 asthma study was terminated with the reason recorded as 4D pharma's insolvency, and a second study (NCT04363372) was withdrawn. Caveat: CJ Bioscience bought 4D pharma's microbiome pipelines in 2023 and now lists two asthma programmes (CJRB-401, CJRB-402), so a divestment of this asset is possible; it is not confirmed by any source found, and no CJ Bioscience right is recorded against this drug. The trials below are preserved as the program's evidence history; no evidence signal is assigned to a program the sponsor has stopped.
