HLX301
Multispecific antibody
Evidence outlook · program status
Discontinued, for reasons the sponsor has not stated
HLX301 was Henlius's anti-PD-L1 x TIGIT bispecific antibody; both of its studies (NCT05102214 in Australia, NCT05390528 in China) were last updated in August 2023 and remain of unknown status. Henlius is alive and its current pipeline page enumerates about 30 candidates by HLX code (HLX04, HLX22, HLX43, HLX48, HLX97, HLX316, HLX3901, HLX3902 and others); HLX301 is not among them. Its TIGIT effort now runs through the Fc-fusion HLX53. Discontinuation is inferred from that absence plus three years of registry silence, so the reason is not sourced. The trials below are preserved as the program's evidence history; no evidence signal is assigned to a program the sponsor has stopped.
