Tamuzimod (VTX002) is an oral S1P1 receptor modulator that produced positive phase 2 and long-term-extension results in ulcerative colitis (2023-2024). Ventyx's FY2024 10-K states it will not fund phase 3 alone and is seeking a partner or non-dilutive financing, which is why the registry has been quiet; the phase 2 open-label extension NCT05156125 was terminated with the sponsor stating the decision was not due to safety concerns. Eli Lilly has since acquired Ventyx, and no development plan for tamuzimod under Lilly has been disclosed. The trials below are preserved as the program's evidence history; no evidence signal is assigned to a program the sponsor has stopped.
