NCT05454410: The study randomized 60 participants across three MIJ821 dose groups and placebo, with participants, investigators, and outcome assessors blinded. The primary clinical endpoint was mixed: the 10-mg dose favored MIJ821 over placebo, but the 4-mg and 1-mg comparisons were not statistically conclusive, and each group contained only about 14–17 participants.
