NCT05203341: The trial randomized 183 participants to two osavampator doses or placebo and masked participants, care providers, investigators, and outcome assessors. Its primary endpoint was change in the clinical MADRS depression score at Day 28, but the comparison has not been reported, so the trial provides well-designed but currently incomplete evidence.
