NCT03645928 · Metastatic Melanoma, Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck, Non-small Cell Lung...
The lead study uses a design that frequently fails to replicate under controlled conditions, and its results have not been reported. This tier describes the design, not an outcome.
NCT03645928: This open-label study evaluated LN-145-S1 (PD-1-selected tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) in a single non-randomized cohort of previously PD-1-treated metastatic melanoma patients, alongside other TIL regimens tested in separate cohorts of the same trial, using objective response rate as the primary measure. There is no control arm and no blinding, and results have not yet been posted, so no controlled comparison of efficacy is possible from this design.
