NCT04046939: Randomized, triple-masked, placebo-controlled phase 2 dose-ranging study in eosinophilic asthma (534 participants). All three dexpramipexole doses significantly reduced blood eosinophil counts versus placebo (p≤0.019); the primary endpoint is a blood biomarker rather than lung function or exacerbations, which is why the grade is moderate despite the met result.
