Epilepsy: registrational readout pending
Entered Phase 3 on partial signal mid-stage evidence. Registrational readout expected around 2026-08-21.
NCT05364021: The study randomized 52 participants to LP352 or matching placebo and masked participants, clinicians, investigators, and outcome assessors. Its primary outcomes included clinical seizure frequency as well as safety measures, but no results are posted, so whether the primary comparisons were met is unknown.
Registered primary outcome of this phase 1b/2a is safety/tolerability; the seizure-frequency comparison shown is the sponsor-designated primary efficacy endpoint (no significance test reported; small randomized cohort). Since peer reviewed (Epilepsia 2026).
