Obesity: registrational readout pending
Entered Phase 3 on reliable signal mid-stage evidence. Registrational readout expected around 2027-01-21.
NCT05669599: This was a randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 592 participants that measured percent change in body weight at week 52, the standard efficacy measure for obesity treatments. Across dose cohorts, maridebart cafraglutide produced substantially greater weight loss than placebo in both the obesity-only and obesity-with-diabetes populations.
