Evidence outlook · lead readout
NCT06277245 · Atopic Dermatitis
The completed lead evidence has the design features that historically survive confirmatory trials: randomized, controlled, and adequately powered against a prespecified clinically accepted endpoint.
NCT06277245: This was a randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 356 patients that measured EASI-75 skin clearance and Investigator's Global Assessment response at week 16, the standard efficacy measures for atopic dermatitis. Both the 12 mg and 24 mg doses produced large, statistically significant improvements over placebo on both endpoints.
Caveat: this result is taken from a company announcement or a news report of one, not from the trial registry or a peer-reviewed publication. Treat the figures as the sponsor's own statement, not as independently verified evidence.
