NCT06555640: The study randomized 79 participants to DR10624 or placebo and masked participants, care providers, investigators, and outcome assessors. Its primary endpoint was the objective disease measure of fasting triglyceride change, but the result has not been reported, so the trial provides well-designed but currently incomplete evidence.
Presented at AHA Scientific Sessions 2025; findings are preliminary and not yet peer reviewed. No p-values in the quoted press text.
