ARCA sold the program out of the company under an Asset Purchase Agreement dated 14 August 2024 with Genvara Biopharma, Inc., filed as exhibit 10.1 to ARCA's 8-K, at the same time ARCA itself was merging into Oruka Therapeutics. The APA describes it as ARCA's 'legacy' program and scopes it to atrial fibrillation; the roster already carries the Genvara name. Divested to a private acquirer rather than stopped on data.
