NCT06542874: The trial randomized 448 participants and used quadruple masking with placebo control, and its primary endpoint—change in HbA1c—is an accepted clinical treatment measure for type 2 diabetes. However, the primary comparison cannot yet be judged because results have not been posted, so the evidence remains limited despite the strong study design.
