NCT04075318: A randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo-controlled phase 1 study of the UB-312 vaccine in 70 participants. The design is sound but small, and its primary measures were safety and immunogenicity: anti-alpha-synuclein antibody responses were reported in blood while cerebrospinal-fluid responses were only partial, with no statistical analyses posted, so the primary outcomes read as mixed.
