Head-to-head evidence
Prasinezumab vs UB-312
Same mechanism, same race: design-graded trial evidence for both assets, with the grading rationale shown. Grades describe the quality of the evidence, never the merits of either security.

Prasinezumab

No graded featured trial for this indication yet; the grade above reflects that absence, not a judgment.

UB-312
Developed by Vaxxinity
NCT04075318 · Phase 1 · completed
A randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo-controlled phase 1 study of the UB-312 vaccine in 70 participants. The design is sound but small, and its primary measures were safety and immunogenicity: anti-alpha-synuclein antibody responses were reported in blood while cerebrospinal-fluid responses were only partial, with no statistical analyses posted, so the primary outcomes read as mixed.
