NCT03439280: This was a nonrandomized, open-label, single-arm dose-escalation study of 50 participants, with no placebo or active comparator. Its primary outcomes focused on safety, including treatment-emergent adverse events and dose-limiting toxicities, rather than a controlled efficacy comparison; 50 of 50 participants reported at least one treatment-emergent adverse event, and 1 of 41 dose-limiting-toxicity-evaluable participants had a dose-limiting toxicity.
