NCT04321031: The trial was randomized, double-blind/double-dummy, placebo-controlled, and included 256 participants, with liver-biopsy-based NASH and fibrosis outcomes as its primary endpoints. However, the two primary analyses were discordant: Bayesian dose-response comparisons for PF-06865571 alone were not clearly positive, whereas some combination-arm comparisons were favorable, so the results support moderate rather than strong evidence.
