The route to an NDA was a reverse merger with Hepion Pharmaceuticals whose PIPE proceeds were earmarked to fund the manufacturing work supporting an NDA submission in the first half of 2026; Pharma Two B's Form 6-K records that the merger was mutually terminated on 2024-12-12, after which it withdrew its F-4 and deregistered. No NDA has been announced and no new P2B001 study has started. The trials below are preserved as the program's evidence history; no evidence signal is assigned to a program the sponsor has stopped.
