Head-to-head evidence
BCMA-CD19 compound CAR (cCAR) T cells vs ICG318
Same mechanism, same race: design-graded trial evidence for both assets, with the grading rationale shown. Grades describe the quality of the evidence, never the merits of either security.

BCMA-CD19 compound CAR (cCAR) T cells
Developed by iCell Gene Therapeutics
NCT05474885 · Phase 1 · status unknown
This was a small, single-arm, open-label Phase 1 study in patients with relapsed or refractory lupus, with no control group and no blinding. Early results describe a favorable safety profile with only mild cytokine release syndrome, and improvements in autoantibody levels and disease activity, but the uncontrolled design means these findings cannot show how much of the improvement is due to the treatment itself.
Caveat: this result is taken from a company announcement or a news report of one, not from the trial registry or a peer-reviewed publication. Treat the figures as the sponsor's own statement, not as independently verified evidence.
