Primary completion date
The registry's estimated date for the final data collection on a trial's primary endpoint.
ClinicalTrials.gov records, for every registered study, an estimated date when the last participant's primary-outcome data will be collected. It is the closest thing the public registry has to a readout schedule, and it is the date this site's calendar and per-asset event lists are built from.
It is an estimate, and it moves: enrollment runs slow, protocols get amended, sponsors update the registry late. A primary completion date is also not an announcement date; after data collection comes cleaning, analysis and the sponsor's own disclosure timing.
