Tezepelumab (APFS)

Marketed by AstraZeneca

Approved in Asthmamonoclonal antibody
Partial signal

NCT03968978 · Phase 3 · completed

The study randomized 216 participants 1:1 to two active device types but was open-label, with no placebo or blinded control. Its primary endpoint was successful device administration rather than a clinical asthma outcome, and although arm-specific results were posted, the registry does not state whether the between-device comparison was statistically significant.
