This randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo- and active-controlled Phase 3 trial (n=1,108) in moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis found that zasocitinib produced clear or almost-clear skin in 69.2% of patients at week 16, compared with 12.6% on placebo (p<0.001).
