MB12

Developed by Laboratorio Elea Phoenix S.A.

Phase 3 in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancermonoclonal antibody
Partial signal

NCT05668650 · Phase 3 · status unknown

This is a randomized, double-blind, active-controlled trial with over 170 patients, but its primary comparison is a pharmacokinetic equivalence check between MB12 and the reference drug rather than a clinical efficacy comparison. No results have been posted yet.

Sintilimab

Developed by Innovent Biologics and partners

Phase 3 in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancermonoclonal antibody
Partial signal

NCT03607539 · Phase 3 · completed

This trial was randomized, quadruple-blinded, and placebo-controlled with a reasonably large sample (397 patients) and used a hard clinical primary endpoint (progression-free survival), which is a strong design overall. However, the results record reports only median PFS values and confidence intervals for each arm (8.9 vs 5.0 months) without a p-value or hazard ratio, so whether the primary comparison reached statistical significance cannot be confirmed from the data provided.

Next expected readout: December 2026 · NCT06198907 (registry estimate)
