Lotivibart

Developed by ViiV Healthcare

Phase 2 in HIVmonoclonal antibody
Weak signal

NCT04871113 · Phase 2 · completed

Participants were randomized among dose cohorts, but the study was open-label, had no placebo or active comparator during monotherapy, and included only 6 to 16 participants per cohort. The primary endpoint was the surrogate measure of maximum decline in HIV-1 RNA and was reported descriptively without a formal comparative efficacy test, so the findings do not establish comparative treatment benefit.
