This was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with 349 participants enrolled and 228 included in the prespecified primary analysis. The clinical primary endpoint was met: oral treprostinil produced a statistically significant placebo-corrected improvement in six-minute walk distance at Week 12.
