JR-131

Developed by Kissei Pharmaceutical

Phase 3 in Chronic Kidney Diseasebiologic (darbepoetin alfa biosimilar)
Partial signal

NCT02912494 · Phase 3 · completed

The study was double-blind and used an active darbepoetin alfa comparator, but the registry does not state whether participants were randomized or report the sample size. Its primary endpoint was change in hemoglobin, a surrogate measure. Registry results were not posted at the time of grading; the key result shown was recovered from the cited external source.

rESP

Developed by Shenyang Sunshine Pharmaceutical

Phase 3 in Chronic Kidney Diseasebiologic
Partial signal

NCT05211167 · Phase 3 · status unknown

This is a randomized, active-controlled Phase 3 trial with an adequately sized enrollment comparing the study drug against a standard recombinant erythropoietin, using change in hemoglobin, the measure that defines the anemia being treated, as its primary endpoint. However, the trial was not blinded, and results have not been posted yet. (Independently confirmed by a second model, in-session-confirm:claude-opus-20260822.)
