This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial enrolled 252 patients and measured clinical response, based on a validated ulcerative colitis disease-activity score, at week 12. The highest icotrokinra dose achieved a clinical response in 63.5% of patients versus 27% on placebo, a highly statistically significant difference.
