NCT02352948 · Phase 3 · completed
Participants were randomly assigned to treatment, but the study was open-label and used active standard-of-care comparators. The primary clinical endpoints were overall survival and progression-free survival; for durvalumab plus tremelimumab versus standard care, overall survival was not statistically significant (hazard ratio 0.80, p=0.109) and progression-free survival was borderline but not statistically significant (hazard ratio 0.77, p=0.056).
