The 345 participants were randomized 1:1 to sotorasib or active-comparator docetaxel, but treatment assignment was not masked. The primary clinical endpoint, progression-free survival assessed by blinded independent central review, was met in favor of sotorasib, with median progression-free survival of 5.62 versus 4.47 months and a hazard ratio of 0.663 (p=0.002).
