etanercept · Enbrel
Marketed by Amgen
NCT03780959 · Phase 2/3 · completed
After 90 days of open-label etanercept, 51 responding children were randomized to continue etanercept or receive placebo in a double-blind comparison. The clinical primary endpoint, disease flare, was met in favor of etanercept (28% vs 81% with placebo; p=0.0030), but the randomized sample was small, limiting the strength of the evidence.

Developed by Sanofi
NCT06073093 · Phase 2 · completed
The study randomized 264 participants to four SAR441566 dose regimens or placebo and used triple masking of participants, investigators, and outcome assessors. Its primary endpoint was the clinical ACR20 response at week 12, but results have not been posted, so whether the endpoint was met or missed cannot be assessed.
Caveat: this result is taken from a company announcement or a news report of one, not from the trial registry or a peer-reviewed publication. Treat the figures as the sponsor's own statement, not as independently verified evidence.
