Head-to-head evidence
Elranatamab vs Teclistamab
Same mechanism, same race: design-graded trial evidence for both assets, with the grading rationale shown. Grades describe the quality of the evidence, never the merits of either security.

Elranatamab
Marketed by Pfizer
NCT05014412 · Phase 2 · completed
The study was nonrandomized, open-label, and single-arm, with all 85 treated participants receiving elranatamab and no placebo or active comparator. Its primary endpoint was a clinical safety outcome—grade 2 or higher cytokine release syndrome—and was reported in 12 participants, but the uncontrolled design provides limited evidence of treatment effectiveness.
Next expected readout: December 2026 · NCT06421675 (registry estimate)
Teclistamab
Marketed by Johnson & Johnson
NCT04696809 · Phase 1/2 · completed
The study is a single-group, open-label trial without randomization or a comparator arm, so responses cannot be directly compared with another treatment. Registry results were not posted at the time of grading; the key result shown was recovered from the cited external source.
Phase 2 portion's primary endpoint is overall response rate (shown); interim data cutoff April 2024, before study completion. Single-arm, no comparator.
Next expected readout: November 2026 · NCT06505369 (registry estimate)
