Divozilimab

Developed by Biocad

Phase 3 in Multiple Sclerosismonoclonal antibody
Partial signal

NCT06987851 · Phase 3 · completed

This was an open-label, single-group extension study without a comparator, enrolling 44 participants who continued from the prior BCD-132-4/MIRANTIBUS study after earlier BCD-132 treatment. Its primary endpoint was the clinical measure of annualized relapse rate at 48 and 96 weeks, but the result was not reported.

Ocrelizumab

Marketed by Roche

Approved in Multiple Sclerosismonoclonal antibody
Partial signal

NCT00676715 · Phase 2 · completed

Randomized, double-blind phase 2 in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (220 participants). Both ocrelizumab doses reduced gadolinium-enhancing brain lesions decisively versus placebo (p<0.0001); the endpoint is an MRI biomarker rather than a clinical relapse or disability outcome, which is why the grade is moderate despite the clear result.

Next expected readout: October 2026 · NCT03523858 (registry estimate)
