Head-to-head evidence

CM313 vs Mezagitamab

Same mechanism, same race: design-graded trial evidence for both assets, with the grading rationale shown. Grades describe the quality of the evidence, never the merits of either security.

CM313

Developed by Keymed Biosciences

Phase 1/2 in Multiple Myelomamonoclonal antibody (humanized, anti-CD38)
Weak signal

NCT04818372 · Phase 1 · status unknown

This is an early, single-arm, open-label safety and dose-finding study with no randomization or comparator group, so it cannot show whether CM313 works better than another treatment. Registry results were not posted at the time of grading; the key result shown was recovered from the cited external source.

Mezagitamab

Developed by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company

Phase 1/2 in Multiple Myelomamonoclonal antibody (anti-CD38)
Weak signal

NCT03439280 · Phase 1/2 · completed

This was a nonrandomized, open-label, single-arm dose-escalation study of 50 participants, with no placebo or active comparator. Its primary outcomes focused on safety, including treatment-emergent adverse events and dose-limiting toxicities, rather than a controlled efficacy comparison; 50 of 50 participants reported at least one treatment-emergent adverse event, and 1 of 41 dose-limiting-toxicity-evaluable participants had a dose-limiting toxicity.
