NCT03850483 · Phase 2 · completed

This was a randomized, quadruple-blinded, vehicle-controlled Phase 2 dose-ranging study in 344 adults with plaque psoriasis, using a well-established clinical endpoint (change in PASI at Week 12). However, the primary endpoint was not met: every active-dose comparison against vehicle was non-significant (p-values from 0.105 to 0.610), with LS mean differences of only -0.2 to -0.8 points. Because the trial was methodologically strong but its primary comparison was negative, the evidence is moderate rather than strong.

Phase 2 in Psoriasissmall molecule
Partial signal

NCT05772520 · Phase 2 · completed

The study was randomized, triple-blind, and placebo-controlled, but it had small dose-specific groups, including 14 participants in the placebo arm. PASI-75 is a clinical endpoint; although the reported response counts favored the 20-mg and 40-mg doses, statistical significance for the primary comparison was not reported.
