BCMA CAR-NK (Hrain) vs Ciltacabtagene autoleucel
Same mechanism, same race: design-graded trial evidence for both assets, with the grading rationale shown. Grades describe the quality of the evidence, never the merits of either security.

BCMA CAR-NK (Hrain)
Developed by Hrain Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
NCT05008536 · Phase 1 · status unknown
This was an open-label, single-arm study with no randomization, no blinding, and no comparator arm, in only 27 participants. Results have not been posted yet. (Independently confirmed by a second model, in-session-confirm:claude-opus-20260822.)
Ciltacabtagene autoleucel
Marketed by Johnson & Johnson and partners
NCT03548207 · Phase 1/2 · completed
This was an open-label, single-group study with no randomized comparator and no blinding. Although the overall response rate among treated participants was high (e.g., 97.1% in the Phase 2 US population with 95% CI 89.8-99.6), the lack of a control arm means the results cannot be attributed to the drug with confidence. Uncontrolled single-arm evidence is inherently limited regardless of the response rate observed.
