LOXO-338

Developed by Eli Lilly

Phase 1 in Multiple Myelomasmall molecule
Weak signal

NCT05024045 · Phase 1 · completed

This trial had no placebo or active comparator group and no blinding; it enrolled a small group of patients across escalating doses to work out a safe dose level and get an early look at tumor responses. That open, single-arm design can flag safety issues and hint at activity, but it cannot show whether LOXO-338 works better than no treatment or another therapy. Registry results were not posted at the time of grading; the key result shown was recovered from the cited external source.

This is an interim analysis reported before the study completed enrollment.
