Ramucirumab

Marketed by Eli Lilly

Approved in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancermonoclonal antibody
Partial signal

NCT01168973 · Phase 3 · completed

This was a large randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo-controlled trial with 628 participants assigned to ramucirumab plus docetaxel and 625 to placebo plus docetaxel, using overall survival as a hard clinical primary endpoint. Although the reported median survival favored ramucirumab, the registry does not state whether the primary comparison was statistically significant, so the result is unclear.

Next expected readout: December 2026 · NCT03909334 (registry estimate)
