Developed by Yuhan Corporation
NCT02393612 · Phase 3 · completed
This randomized, triple-blind, active-controlled trial in 151 patients with peripheral arterial disease compared a once-daily sarpogrelate formulation with the established three-times-daily formulation over 12 weeks and found the once-daily version met its prespecified non-inferiority margin for reducing leg pain, with no meaningful differences on secondary measures.
Next expected readout: June 2028 · NCT06424548 (registry estimate)
