This was a randomized, double-blinded trial with 372 patients and a validated functional endpoint for pulmonary hypertension. Both doses produced a statistically significant, placebo-corrected improvement in six-minute walk distance (+31 m at 5 mg, p=0.008; +51 m at 10 mg, p<0.001).
