Tirasemtiv (CK-2017357) was Cytokinetics' first-generation fast skeletal muscle troponin activator in ALS. Its FY2017 Form 10-K states the Phase 3 VITALITY-ALS trial missed primary and secondary endpoints and that development was suspended; the same filing names reldesemtiv as the next-generation successor. The filing's word is 'suspend', and no tirasemtiv study has been registered in the nine years since.
