Discontinued, after a negative readout

PF-04634817 was Pfizer's oral CCR2/CCR5 chemokine receptor antagonist, taken to phase 2 in diabetic nephropathy and diabetic macular edema. This Pfizer-authored report of the diabetic nephropathy phase 2 states that clinical development was discontinued because the albuminuria reduction was too modest; the drug had also failed non-inferiority against ranibizumab in diabetic macular edema. The paper gives no date for the decision. The trials below are preserved as the program's evidence history; no evidence signal is assigned to a program the sponsor has stopped.
