This was a randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo-controlled trial with 544 participants assigned to placebo, monthly TV-46000, or every-two-month TV-46000. The hard clinical primary endpoint was time to impending relapse, and it was statistically significantly favorable for both monthly treatment (13/183 vs 53/181; p<0.0001) and every-two-month treatment (23/179 vs 53/181; p<0.0001).

The study used randomization and active comparators but was open-label, with 290 participants, and its primary clinical endpoint was PANSS symptom change. No results are posted, so the primary endpoint cannot be classified as met or missed.
