The 675-participant study was randomized, quadruple-blind, and placebo-controlled, with approximately 165 to 169 participants per blinded treatment group. Its primary clinical endpoint, change in PANSS total score at week 8, was significantly better with each TV-44749 dose than with placebo (all adjusted p<0.0001), supporting a strong evidence rating for the blinded efficacy comparison.

This was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with 354 participants and a clinical primary endpoint measuring change in PANSS total score. The primary endpoint was met for both RBP-7000 doses: PANSS scores improved significantly more than with placebo.
