ND0612

Developed by NeuroDerm Ltd.

Phase 3 in Parkinson's Diseasesmall molecule
Partial signal

NCT02577523 · Phase 2 · completed

Participants were randomized to two ND0612 regimens, but the study was only single-blinded for outcome assessors, had no placebo or active-control arm, and was small with 19 participants per group. The clinical primary endpoint was daily OFF time; although the 24-hour regimen showed a numerically greater reduction, statistical significance for the comparison was not reported, so the result is unclear.

TR-012001

Developed by SNLD, Ltd.

Phase 2 in Parkinson's Diseasesmall molecule
Partial signal

NCT06212089 · Phase 2 · completed

The study randomly assigned 12 participants to TR-012001 or placebo and masked participants, but it was single-blind and very small. Because no results are posted, it cannot establish whether the primary safety comparisons were favorable or statistically significant.
